The authors regret the fact that they did not represent accurately the units referring Ang-1, Ang-2, sTREM-1 and CRP in Tables 3 and 4 and in Fig. 1. In fact, in the article concentrations are expressed in ng/mL and instead should be expressed in pg/mL for Ang-1, Ang-2,sTREM-1, and in mg/dL for CRP Fig.1. © 2024 The Author(s)
